Project Profile: Dave Hicks Golf Website
Satisfied customers: Dave Hicks Golf returned to We Got a Pulse! for a complete redesign and website revamp. They required a new Content Management System as well as a smarter look to suit the direction in which the business was moving. Dave Hicks Golf are a golf company specialising in custom fit putters to improve the standards of professional and amateur golf players. They use high-end technologies to create their products and they wanted this reflected within the website .
Several new features were introduced, to improve upon the previous site including a Flash page booklet for the testimonials page. Also a Google Earth driven fitting centres map. This allows users to use Google Earth within the site to locate various centres that fit Dave Hicks Gold products. The CMS also allows the client to add new fitting centres to the system, easily and effectively.
Another feature is the newly built ordering system which allows users to customise their putters and training aids and submit orders through the website. As well as the various videos amongst the site, the client wanted to keep the website media rich by integrating a Media and Downloads section, manageable within the CMS, that auto-archives previously added media items. The client also required a login section solely for coaches, to be able to access exclusive content that was only available for them.
All of this and an extensive gallery meant that Dave Hicks Golf were delighted customers again.
