Project Profile: PPR Publicity Website
With We Got a Pulse!’s strong ties in London’s music and PR industry, one of the leading consultants contacted WGAP! for a complete website makeover. PPR have worked with pretty much every major record label in the business, which is showcased on every page with logos of their clients in the footer. Some of their campaigns boast the likes of Michael Jackson Thriller: 25th Anniversary Edition, Hotel Babylon: The Music, Thomas the Tank Engine Live! On Stage and Shaun the Sheep.
To save time on money and costs, WGAP! constructed a plan to house PPR and its subdivisions: PPR Digital and PPR Junior on the same website. Although the style would be different on each section, the structure would remain the same to keep the user familiar with the site, and let them know they are still on the main site. Essentially it is 3 websites in one, at the price of 1.
To accomplish this, 3 different styles were designed to suit the relevant division. All styles varied greatly as ‘PPR Publicity’ had to remain the smart and professional sector, which would ultimately be the home to PPR. The ‘PPR Digital’ section would be more urban and streetwise, to convey their online strengths and emphasise their grip on modern day artists. ‘The PPR Junior’ section had to appear fun and child-like, yet professional to portray ‘PPR Junior’ as the enthusiastic and excitable division, who handle all children’s PR work.
The project ran seamlessly with PPR as they were compromising and trusting in the work that WGAP! produce. They also provided excellent content with high resolution imagery that worked wonders on the homepage and throughout the site. The website reaffirms PPR’s position at the forefront of the music and entertainment industry.
